We are seeking a caring, energetic, and enthusiastic instructor to lead our Preschool Acro/Gymnastics classes. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and has a passion for introducing movement and coordination skills in a fun, creative, and age-appropriate way.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging 45 minute classes for preschool-aged children (ages 18M-3years), focusing on fundamental movement, flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination.
Use imagination and play-based activities to introduce basic acro/gymnastics skills (e.g., forward rolls, crab walks, balances, animal walks).
Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive class atmosphere that encourages confidence and enjoyment.
Maintain a high standard of safety at all times, including proper use of mats/equipment and spotting techniques.
Communicate clearly with young children and their parents/guardians, providing feedback and encouragement.
Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure smooth class transitions and a cohesive program.
Manage class behavior in a positive and age-appropriate way.
Support children’s emotional and physical development through movement and structured routines.
