Lead Teacher - Warrington

Our 1ACE (Another Chance Education) provision is for those with limited success in formal education or who have struggled in specialist settings. Our teachers and support workers are specialist trained to work in developing the child. Our holistic approach boosts confidence and self-esteem and helps our young people to develop skills to be successful learners. A therapeutic informed approach is used to recognise and reduce barriers to learning and create a personalised curriculum.

We are looking for a Lead Teacher to join our friendly team at our 1ACE provisions based in Warrington at the site of Gulliver’s. In this role, you would be expected to ensure all children and young people within our care are secure and receive the best possible educational provision and outcomes.

This opportunity will see the successful candidate be able to develop and promote an ‘offer’ that will make best use of the immediate surroundings. The site is based in woodland on the land at Gulliver’s theme park and comprises of 6 cabins with toilets, showers, an office and kitchen. Opportunities are vast and we are looking for the creative ‘spark’ that would give Five Rivers education something unique.
