Showroom Manager – Jewelry Retail
Responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, stock, and implementing marketing and operational strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Operations:
Supervise daily activities across sales, customer service, marketing, and administration.
Ensure store cleanliness, visual appeal, timely opening/closing, and smooth workflow.
Enforce company policies and maintain liaison with local authorities.
Sales Customer Service:
Lead the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
Analyze sales trends, implement strategies, and support upselling gold scheme promotions.
Handle customer feedback and complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
Stock Management:
Oversee daily gold and bi-weekly silver stock checks.
Ensure timely opening/closing stock counts and monthly scanning.
Address stock discrepancies or damages promptly.
Customer Engagement:
Foster strong customer relationships through regular interaction and events.
Use feedback and buying behavior insights to enhance service.
Marketing Coordination:
Collaborate on local marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
Analyze market trends and assist in executing location-based campaigns.
Team Management:
Manage staff shifts, grooming, and coordination.

Submit regular reports on performance and staffing.
