Position Title: Logistics Coordinator
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in logistics services
Open Positions: 2

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage MIS reports for logistics operations.
Regularly follow up on shipments from first mile to last mile (FTL PTL).
Handle client queries and escalations efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
Schedule and conduct client visits to understand service needs and build rapport.
Maintain proactive communication with clients through email and phone.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Skills:

Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Client-facing experience is a must.
