Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Jr/ Sr Human Resources (HR) Executive. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Location: Bhiwandi, Kalyan (Mumbai) - Onsite Only
Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Salary Package: 2.5 to 3 LPA
(Freshers and those with less than 1 year experience, can apply for 4 months trainee position)
Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate interview logistics, including arranging interview panels and preparing interview materials.
• Support new employee onboarding by preparing welcome kits, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries, providing information, and facilitating effective communication.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Documentation and Records:
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
• Assist in updating and managing HR databases and files, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR team in organizing meetings, drafting communications, and preparing reports.
• Assist in coordinating employee training and development programs.
HR Policies and Compliance:
• Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address any disciplinary matters in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee relations and disputes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is a plus
• Professional HR certifications are also a plus
• Experience in the textile, apparel, and baby products industries is a plus
Skills:
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
