KeyResponsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Utilizevarious channels to identify and attract top talent including jobboards social media and professional networks.
Screening and Interviewing:Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidatesqualifications experience and cultural fit with clientcompanies.
JobPosting: Create and post job descriptions on variousplatforms to attract suitable candidates for openpositions.
ClientCoordination: Work closely with clients tounderstand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitmentstrategies.
CandidateManagement: Maintain a pipeline of qualifiedcandidates and manage their progression through the recruitmentprocess.
OfferNegotiation: Assist in negotiating job offersbetween clients and candidates ensuring a successfulplacement.
Compliance: Ensure allrecruitment activities are conducted in accordance with legal andregulatory requirements.
Reporting: Provide regularupdates and reports on recruitment activities including metrics oncandidate sourcing and placement rates.
Collaboration: Collaboratewith other HR team members and hiring managers to ensure a smoothand effective recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and improvethe overall candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources BusinessAdministration or a related field.
• Provenexperience in recruitment preferably in a similar HR Recruiterrole.
• Strong understanding of talentacquisition strategies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitmentprojects simultaneously.
• High attention todetail and organizational skills.
• Proficiencyin MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems(ATS).
• Ability to handle sensitive informationwith confidentiality.
