Role Overview
• Convert walk-ins into co-working seat/cabin rentals
• Identify and implement improvements to boost lead conversion
• Handle social media and calls to drive visitor growth
• Manage tech staff hiring, exit, and HR tasks
• Oversee productivity, attendance, and salary via tracking tools
• Support hiring of Flutter developers when needed
• Manage office bill payments efficiently

Qualifications
• Skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Operations
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies and HR Management
• Expertise in Employee Relations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the software industry is a plus
