Executive Cook Position

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. A strong background in Asian cuisine, specifically Thai cuisine, is necessary for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing and implementing menu plans to meet customer demand and preferences.
Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks to ensure efficient service delivery.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and ordering supplies as needed.
We offer a competitive salary package, including $70,000 - $75,000 per year, plus benefits such as flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional development. Requirements include a Certificate I - IV (preferred) and a Cooking qualification (required). Work Authorisation is also required for Australia.
