As an Associate Creative Director, you will play a key role in planning, ideating, and shaping the communication strategies for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and interpret client briefs to plan and deliver effective copy solutions.
• Presentation of creative concepts and strategies to clients, aligning expectations with deliverables.
• Leading the development of creative ideas and original copy for digital platforms including ads, landing pages, emailers, WhatsApp communication, video scripts, and website content.
• Collaboration with designers to ensure cohesive visual representation of copy ideas.
• Supervision and mentorship of a team of copywriters, providing guidance and ensuring high standards of creative output.
• Review of content for quality, consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
• Fostering a collaborative team environment, encouraging creativity and sharing of ideas.
• Analysis of campaign performance metrics and suggestion of content optimizations to improve results.
• Continual refinement of communication strategies based on client feedback and performance data.
• Close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
