Experience: 5+ years' of professional experience in graphic design

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any specialization

Job Location: Pune

Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts and design layouts for a variety of marketing materials, including packaging, advertisements, brochures, posters, and digital assets.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Knowledge of Adobe InDesign is a plus.).
• Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain consistency across different marketing channels.
• Collaborate effectively with marketing team members, copywriters, and other stakeholders to bring design concepts to life.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and design best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In-design, XD, After Effects etc. )
• Strong typography, layout, and color theory knowledge
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Experience working with brands in healthcare, pharma, FMCG and lifestyle
• Good communication skill and ability to take constructive feedback
