Jacob Bartush, (Sr. Design Manager) for the Marketing Shared Services department at Perforce is searching for a Digital Production Designer to join the team. This position will work closely with Marketing stakeholders and our Design team to produce top-notch digital graphics that support our websites, social channels, and Marketing campaigns while adhering to established brand standards. In your role as a digital production designer, your day-to-day tasks will consist of creating graphics based on input or provided templates, collaborating with other teams to define requirements, create and iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products. • *Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling, modern graphics for our websites, presentations, and collateral that align with brand standards.
- Maintain and update existing web pages as needed.
- Update, revise internal
- and external-facing presentations in Powerpoint format.
- Design and layout of marketing collateral based on provided templates including product brochures, datasheets, white papers, eBooks, infographics, and others.
- Follow, maintain, and improve style guides and corporate marketing templates.
- Ability to manage/complete up to 20% of the teams total tasks
- Effectively self-manage daily and weekly assigned tasks
- Top-notch communication on statuses and updates to your direct manager.
• *Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic or web design.
- Intermediate/advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of core Microsoft Word and Powerpoint.
- Ability to understand and edit HTML and CSS.
- 2 years of experience in the software or technology-related industry is desired, but not required.
- 3-5 years of design experience
- Ability to participate in design discussions and provide constructive feedback during planning and strategy discussions
- Quick translate ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups and/or interactive prototypes
- Iterate on new designs based on team feedback and input
- Create and execute concepts for digital advertising
- Strong portfolio that showcases work both from an aesthetic and strategic point of view
• *Preferred Skills**
- Familiarity with a website Content Management System (Wordpress, Drupal, Magento, etc.)
- Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (i.e. Marketo or Eloqua) is a plus.
- Experience with video production and/or editing is a plus.
- Experience with graphic animation software (Adobe Animate, After Effects, etc.) is a plus.

About the company:
The Millet Company sells super-grains, rediscovers traditional farming techniques, and brings a variety of naturally organic millets to your kitchen. It's a startup looking to expand into Millet production and its value-added products, run by a small team working with different vendors, agents, and clients and now looking to expand the team.

About the role:
This is a position for a brand designer who would build the brand ahead along with their own career. This will ideally be a 6 month contract with a month of probation. Although this would initially be a role that would demand mastering hard skills, if moved ahead, this will be more of a strategic role depending on the designer and the demands of the progress made by the brand.

This role is willing to give a substantial amount of time for designing and the work will be task-based.
• *We are looking for someone who would be comfortable in getting guidance from a senior designer and getting approvals from them. It is also extremely important for us, that the Junior Graphic Design we would hire should completely understand the design language of the brand. They should be able to immerse themselves into the personality of the brand for better visual design.**

- Packaging labeling print design adaptations.
- Follow brand design guidelines and visual communication for E-commerce
- Improvise visual design, develop illustrations, and use color schemes for e-commerce.
- Design internal documents, presentations, guidelines, brochures, sales and other branding material
- Fulfill social media design requirements, create posts and visualize content.

What should you necessarily bring along:
We will not check any qualifications as such and we are open to people from all fields who love design.
- Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw
- Illustration design skills and Working on Adaptations
- Your portfolio/CV would give us a little idea about yourself and your work.
- Photography, 3D (Blender), UI/UX (Figma) or Video Editing Skills will be a plus
- A portfolio, or an attachment of some of your previous work will be a plus.
- You can work independently, you are fast paced and at the forefront of the latest design trends.
