Key Responsibilities:

· Conceptualise and create high-quality designs for print, digital, and social media platforms.

· Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to deliver compelling campaigns.

· Execute brand guidelines consistently across all design outputs.

· Develop illustrations, layouts, infographics, and marketing collaterals.

· Adapt and repurpose creative content for various formats and audiences.

· Stay updated with design trends, visual styles, and emerging creative tools.

· Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas proactively.

· Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills Competencies:

· Proficiency in all major graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, etc.).

· Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway ML) is preferred.

· Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.

· Ability to visualise concepts from brief to final execution.

· Excellent time management and multitasking skills.

· A creative mindset with a high level of initiative and problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

· Mandatory: Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
