The Design Team Lead will oversee the product design process, manage design projects, and lead a team of designers. The role includes delegating tasks, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining design quality. The Design Team Lead will also engage in effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
