About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team at our Vijay Nagar office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for technical roles, particularly in IT domains such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Development, etc. Prior experience in staff augmentation and handling end-to-end recruitment processes is a must.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various domains.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – from job posting to offer roll-out and onboarding.
• Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment metrics.
Required Skills Experience
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT roles, especially in Data Engineering, Data Science, and other technical positions.
• Experience working in staff augmentation or contract staffing environments.
• Proficient with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
