Key Responsibilities: Commercial Interior Design : Develop innovative, value-oriented design concepts for interior spaces in commercial settings, incorporating a keen sense of materials, space planning, and lighting

Project Oversight : Lead the project lifecycle from concept through completion, ensuring client satisfaction, design quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets

Technical Detailing Code Compliance : Ensure designs meet relevant codes and standards, with a focus on interior detailing and material selection that enhances durability and aesthetic value

Client Team Communication : Work closely with clients to understand their goals, prioritize value in design solutions, and communicate effectively with contractors and consultants

Documentation Visualization : Prepare high-quality design documents, including 3D renderings, technical drawings, and hand sketches, to convey design intent clearly

Construction Administration : Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to design intent, specifications, and client expectations

Conduct analysis of project context, interior materials, and relevant precedents to inform design
