Job Description:
Diamond Technical Services is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to join our dynamic project team. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Oracle Primavera P6 and will play a key role in developing, managing, and monitoring complex project schedules.
This role involves working closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure a fully integrated schedule for the onboarding of new entities. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure schedule alignment and integration
Support Project Managers by providing schedule analysis, identifying risks, and proposing mitigation strategies
Assist with progress tracking and reporting
Prepare updates and schedule presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Oracle Primavera P6
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments
