Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Senior HR with strong communication skills to lead end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, policy implementation, compliance, performance management, and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Handle the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.

2- Manage payroll and statutory compliance with accuracy and timeliness.

3- Draft, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.

4- Lead performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

5- Ensure legal compliance and maintain employee records.

6- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR communications.

Requirements:

1- Proven experience in HR management with exposure to end-to-end HR functions.

2- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

3- Strong sense of ownership, discretion, and professionalism.

4- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
