Job Role: Performance Marketing Specialist
Experience: 1–3 years in performance marketing (preferably at a marketing agency)
Location: Full-time, On-site

What You’ll Do
• Strategise, execute, and scale Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Achieve strong ROAS and efficient CAC
• Consolidate cross-channel performance into Google Sheets; automate reporting using Looker Studio / Power BI / Supermetrics
• Turn insights into actionable creative briefs; run landing-page A/B tests for conversion improvement
• Manage agency coordination and communicate performance insights to Growth, Product Leadership teams
• Experience in guiding junior team members and contribute to internal playbooks
Must-Haves
• Agency background with exposure to multiple client verticals
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads with a track record of results
• Certified in Google Ads (Search Display), GA4, and Meta Blueprint
• Analytical and tool-savvy (advanced Sheets/Excel, familiarity with pixels, GTM, basic SQL a plus)
• Clear communicator with a structured approach to testing optimisation
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with LinkedIn,tiktok
• Exposure to CRM/automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Braze)
• Understanding of data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, Meta CAPI)
• Skills in automation scripting (Apps Script / Python) and server-side tracking
