Performance Marketing Executive

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re working with a growth-stage DTC brand looking for a Paid Media Buyer who can run and scale high-performing ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google.

This role is all about execution and performance—building campaigns that convert, iterating on creative hooks, and managing budgets that scale. You’ll work closely with creative teams, founders, and e-commerce leads to drive traffic, optimize ROAS, and fuel the next stage of growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, and YouTube
Build and maintain daily performance dashboards and budget pacing trackers
Collaborate with creative teams to brief ad content and test new angles
Analyze data across campaigns and audiences to identify what’s working and what’s not
Suggest new test strategies across platforms, formats, and messaging
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and LTV at different stages of the funnel
Stay ahead of platform changes, bidding strategies, and attribution models
ABOUT YOU

1–3 years of hands-on paid media buying experience (brand or agency side)
Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads
Comfortable working with budgets of all sizes, from test campaigns to scale-up
Able to brief and critique performance-focused creative (UGC, hooks, motion, etc.)
Analytical thinker who’s obsessed with metrics, margin, and market impact
Bonus: Familiar with tools like Triple Whale, GA4, Northbeam, or attribution modeling
