We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our Co-Working Space, overseeing HR operations and ensuring seamless transitions of potential customers into paid co-working seat or cabin rentals.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership abilities to guide teams and ensure smooth workflow.
Key Responsibilities
• Converting Walk-ins into Co-Working Seats: Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase lead conversion rates.
• Implementing Lead Conversion Improvements: Ensure efficient management and implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Social Media Management: Utilize social media platforms to drive visitor growth and engagement.
• HR Management: Oversee the hiring, exit, and HR-related tasks for tech staff, including tracking attendance and salary via productivity tools.
• Productivity Oversight: Monitor and analyze productivity metrics, attendance records, and salary information using designated tracking tools.
• Supporting Hiring Needs: Assist in the recruitment process for Flutter developers as needed.
• Office Bill Payments: Efficiently manage and pay office bills in a timely manner.
Requirements
• Human Resources Expertise: Develop and implement effective HR strategies and policies.
• Leadership Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within and outside the team.
• Independence and Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work independently while also being a valuable team member.
• Education: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the software industry is highly valued.
