Job Description:
The regional human resources manager will oversee the human resources function for a designated region. This is a strategic role that involves leading a team of HR professionals and implementing company policies to support sales divisions within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business objectives to drive sales growth.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Oversee performance management, employee development, and training initiatives for sales teams to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the sales function.

Experience and Education:
