Regional Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

The regional human resources manager will oversee the human resources function for a designated region. This is a strategic role that involves leading a team of HR professionals and implementing company policies to support sales divisions within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with business objectives to drive sales growth.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top sales talent.
• Oversee performance management, employee development, and training initiatives for sales teams to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies within the sales function.

• Strong understanding of sales human resources practices.
• Proficiency in sourcing, assessing, and attracting top sales talent.

Experience and Education:
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
• Fluency in local languages is essential.
• An MBA from a top-tier college is preferred but not mandatory.
