Role Overview:

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and managing influencer collaborations across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution—from scouting talent and negotiating contracts to monitoring performance and ensuring brand alignment. This role blends creativity, communication, and data-driven strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign KPIs.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant macro, micro, and nano influencers across categories and geographies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, talent agencies, and influencer platforms.
• Oversee campaign execution including briefing, content approvals, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, strategy, and accounts) to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
• Monitor content quality, brand safety, and compliance with FTC guidelines.
• Analyze campaign data to extract insights, optimize performance, and prepare post-campaign reports.
• Stay ahead of influencer trends, platform updates, creator economy tools, and emerging social platforms (e.g., Threads, Lemon8).

Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in an agency or D2C brand setup.
• Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem and influencer engagement best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using campaign tracking tools and influencer platforms (e.g., Winkl, Qoruz, CreatorIQ, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for digital culture, social media trends, and storytelling.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in campaign planning for FMCG, lifestyle, beauty, or tech brands.
• Prior connections with influencer networks, talent managers, or creator communities.
• Hands-on experience with paid collaborations, barter campaigns, and influencer whitelisting.
• Basic knowledge of social media performance marketing.
