We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist with a strong track record in managing and optimizing paid social campaigns, particularly on Meta. This role will drive the company’s user acquisition and upper-funnel advertising efforts, focusing on maximizing ROI, optimizing creative strategies and scaling our presence across multiple markets (APAC, ME, SEA, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:-
• Develop, manage, and optimize upper-funnel paid social campaigns with a focus on Meta, ensuring alignment with user acquisition strategies across European markets.
• Collaborate closely with creative and acquisition teams to develop high-performing ads, experiment with creative formats, and continually challenge our creative strategies.
• Monitor campaign budgets, analyze performance data, and adjust as needed to meet key performance goals.
• Provide actionable insights through regular performance reporting, making data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
• Design and execute growth hacking strategies for paid and organic channels.
• Work alongside BI and Tech teams to enhance internal tools and improve campaign tracking and analysis.
• Stay on top of social media trends and algorithm updates to ensure campaigns are competitive and cutting-edge.
Skills Qualifications:-
• Experience: 3 to 4 years in paid social advertising or user acquisition, with deep expertise in Meta’s advertising platform and knowledge of Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, and more.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making abilities, including experience with A/B testing, ROI analysis, and conversion tracking.
• Creative Collaboration: Ability to provide feedback on ad creatives, with an understanding of audience engagement and creative performance.
• Platform Knowledge: Strong expertise in Meta Ads, SKAN Conversion Schema, and MMPs, with a proven ability to leverage analytics tools for campaign optimization and performance tracking.
• Growth Mindset: Innovative approach to trying out organic and paid tactics for user acquisition.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize effectively, work under tight deadlines, and manage concurrent projects.
• Communication: Fluent in English, capable of working in a fast-paced, international environment.
