We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Publisher Manager to join our team. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, relationship management expertise, and a deep understanding of digital marketing and affiliate networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hunting new publishers, optimizing inventory, monitoring campaign performance, and managing a small team to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Publisher Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and nurture new publishers for various campaigns to expand our affiliate network.
• Inventory Management: Research and identify new inventories for active campaigns to ensure a steady supply of quality traffic.
• Performance Monitoring: Track daily performance metrics, analyze key KPIs, and take proactive actions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Feedback Reporting: Gather daily feedback from publishers, review statistics, and share insights with internal teams for campaign improvements.
• Validations Compliance: Ensure timely validation and reconciliation of publisher payments each month, maintaining transparency and accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 executives, ensuring their professional growth and contribution to business objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Drive month-on-month revenue growth by improving publisher relationships, optimizing campaign performance, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:
• Experience: 3-4 years in affiliate marketing, publisher management.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance marketing, affiliate networks, and digital media buying.
• Analytical Skills: Proficiency in campaign analysis, ROI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Communication Negotiation: Excellent skills in building and maintaining relationships with publishers and internal stakeholders.
• Leadership Ability: Experience in managing and mentoring a team to achieve business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms, Google Analytics, and Excel for data analysis.
