We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector across India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding client requirements
• Sourcing relevant profiles through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases
• Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process
• Maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring timely communication and high-quality service delivery
The Ideal Candidate:
• Should have 2-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to BFSI hiring
• Strong communication skills, an ability to work under tight deadlines, and proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
Qualifications:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• Prior BFSI recruitment experience preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms
