About The Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Understand the organization and its culture
• Stay up-to-date on the relevant HR practices and policies
• Assist in recruitment and selection, sourcing, preliminary assessment, coordinating interviews with the panel, offer to release, etc.
• Keep a record of feedback post interviews with reporting manager/partner
• Follow rejoining and post joining formalities including onboarding and introduction
• Collect joining docs and maintain employee files, welcoming new employees to DOJ
• Maintain and review attendance and leave the record as per policy
• Work on other tasks as assigned by RM
