At Enigma Design Technologies, we are a collaborative team of experienced architects, interior designers, BIM professionals, 3D visualizers, and draftsmen who work together to bring our clients' designs to life from the initial concept to the final output.

We integrate design with technology to ensure high-quality results throughout the project lifecycle. We are currently seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrative Assistant to join our remote team on a freelancing contract basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company, assisting with the onboarding process, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR activities. Additional responsibilities include executive administrative assistance, handling communication, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in digital and physical files, including personal details, contracts, leave, attendance, and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment efforts by assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling and coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and onboarding new employees.
• Assist with payroll and benefits administration by gathering attendance data, managing benefits documentation, and addressing employee queries regarding benefits.
• Coordinate schedules for the HR department and employees, including meetings, interviews, training sessions, and company events.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, filing, preparing reports, ordering office supplies, and other general office duties.
• Draft and prepare various HR documents and internal communications, such as policies, contracts, and memos.
Qualifications
• Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
