Roles Responsibilities Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them. Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including Greythr and ATS) Establishing effective HR strategies and initiatives which are in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Bridging the gap between management and employee relations by dealing with demands, grievances, and other difficulties Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. Maintain attendance, leaves and benefits program. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Design compensation and benefits packages Measure employee retention and turnover rates Oversee daily operations of the HR department Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Experience with full-cycle recruiting Good knowledge of statutory compliances (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, Provident Fund and ESIC) Demonstrable leadership abilities Excellent communication skills. Experience: 3 to 7 years Education Qualification: - MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
