Essential Qualification: Any Graduate+ Post Graduation / MBA
Experience: 10 Years and above
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Co-ordinate and schedule annual health checkups for all eligible employees and ensure adherence of +0 percent.
Maintain records of health checkups and follow-up actions.
Co-ordinate and plan for all employee confirmations in timely manner
Communicate with department heads and employees regarding confirmation status ensure zero pendancy
Maintain records of non-reporting cases issuing letter for the same.
Keep accurate records of vaccinated employees coordinate with Nursing team for the same. Maintain online system assurance 100% compliance, escalate on timely basis to ensure completion.
Administer the company’s Mediclaim policy.
Assist employees with updated accurate Medical insurance claims and resolve any issues that arise.
Prepare Monthly Nursing MIS
Address and resolve employee grievances in timely manner.
To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
