Role Description
This is a full-time remote role that requires a unique blend of legal and financial expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law, finance, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Legal Support: Manage and prepare legal documents, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide general legal assistance.
Financial Management: Oversee student payment tracking, salary account management, and basic financial operations.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams on both legal and accounts-related matters.
Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and legal filing for all financial dealings.
Issue Resolution: Assist in addressing any legal queries or issues that may arise.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
Proven experience in both legal assistance and accounts/finance management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus.
