About the job:
Key responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a warm welcome and professional service

2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and manage email inquiries

3. Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms to ensure a clean and professional appearance

4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services

5. Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination

6. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases

7. Support onboarding and off boarding processes, including document collection and induction

8. Assist in organizing company events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions

+. Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, attendance, and leave

10. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies

11. Prepare reports and documentation related to HR and administrative activities
