Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and address their concerns.
• Persuade customers to purchase products/services by demonstrating how they meet their needs.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve performance.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
