HR Trainee

Qualification - MBA HR

Job Responsibility:
• Maintain and update employee files (physical and digital) in accordance with company policy and legal standards.
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, promotion letters, and termination notices.
• Support the documentation process for onboarding and exit formalities.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of attendance, leave applications, and appraisal forms.
• Organize and archive historical HR documents for audit and compliance purposes.
• Help update and standardize HR policies, manuals, and SOPs under supervision.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify required documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
