We need a skilled HR systems administrator to oversee our HRMS platform.
This position requires expertise in HRMS software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily HRMS-related activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with HR teams to implement and optimize HRMS modules (e.g., Leave, Attendance, Onboarding, Performance, Recruitment).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRMS features and functionality.
• Analyze HRMS data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and deliver training programs for employees and managers on HRMS best practices.
