We are seeking an experienced HR Partner to join our Builder Experience Team (BeXT). The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As an HR Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and HR teams to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes. This will involve partnering with leaders to develop forward-looking strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience.

You will also work collaboratively with other teams to identify and address areas for improvement, using data and analytics to inform your decisions.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Providing coaching, guidance, and support to leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conducting investigations and providing recommendations on employee relations matters. Read more
