We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, including interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
You will source candidates from job portals (Monster, Naukri Times) and create job postings on these platforms. Additionally, you must be able to identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc.
Your expertise in handling direct accounts/clients/MSP/VMS will be essential in working on Contract, Corp to Corp, Permanent C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
You will source candidates via cold calling, networking, internal resume databases, Internet resume banks, and general internet searches.
Negotiation of rate/wage and salary rates with candidates is also a crucial aspect of this role, as well as performing background checks/reference checks.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue targets set by management.
You will develop strategies to understand client requirements and map relevant targets. This involves exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
This position requires a results-oriented self-starter who can meet deadlines.
