Medcall Health Personnel is a leading provider of healthcare personnel solutions, and we are currently seeking an experienced Care Home Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a care home in the South East Auckland region, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing care homes, particularly those serving multicultural communities. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, overseeing clinical service delivery, and ensuring that the care home meets all NZ legislative and health sector requirements.

Your Requirements:
New Zealand nursing registration
Current APC
NZ management experience in aged care or similar
Proven track record of success in managing multicultural teams
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
