Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform nursing care to clients in accordance with an established plan of care, following Right at Home policies and procedures, and all relevant laws and professional standards.

Key Selection Criteria
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Appropriate qualifications and commitment to the Aged Care Sector
Australian Federal Police Clearance Certificate
Driver's License and comprehensively insured private vehicle
Proven ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and services in the In-Home Community Care environment
Preferred Skills
Meets competency levels for Registered Nurses as set out by the Australian Nursing Midwifery Council (ANC) guidelines
Fulfils obligations of the Nursing Role, including Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct
Effective communication and harmonious working relationships
Continuing professional development
Time management and organizational skills
Nursing skills, including wound care and medication management
