Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, providing support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing hiring processes
Overseeing payroll
Developing and implementing Learning and Development (LD) programs
Designing and implementing Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Managing public relations (PR)
Handling performance and learning improvement (PLI) management
Addressing industrial relations (IR) matters
Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development
Proficiency in HRIS systems is a plus
A strong understanding of employment law and regulations is required
