Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our corporate office in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and building a strong culture that supports the organization’s growth in the bio-fertilizer and agri-inputs industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives
Lead talent acquisition for corporate and plant-level roles, ensuring quality hires and adherence to TAT
Manage and support the onboarding, induction, and training programs to enhance employee experience and retention
Oversee payroll, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.), and HR documentation in coordination with finance and external consultants
Handle performance management, employee appraisals, and feedback mechanisms
Foster a positive work culture, promote employee engagement initiatives, and manage grievance redressal
Ensure compliance with labour laws and industrial relations standards applicable to the manufacturing sector
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR MIS reports, attendance, leave, and personnel records
Partner with management to design and drive organization development initiatives
Coordinate with department heads to assess and fulfill training development needs
Support the leadership team in succession planning, workforce planning, and policy development
Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
4–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or agrochemical/bio-fertilizer industry
Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to manage HR processes across recruitment, payroll, training, and employee relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (ERP/HRMS tools)
Experience working in a multi-functional, fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
