Candidate will be responsible for all the HR activities in the Organisation (all the branches)

Candidate might have to travel outstation for work purpose.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manger for our leading shipping company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring that the company's hiring needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

# Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

2. Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals.

3. Interviews and Assessments: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the company's culture.

4. Job Offers and Onboarding: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate salaries and benefits, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

5. HR Systems and Tools: Utilize HR systems and tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), to manage the recruitment process and track candidate data.

6. Reporting and Analytics: Provide recruitment metrics and analytics to support business decisions and improve the recruitment process.

7. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and mitigate risks associated with the recruitment process.

# Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.

3. Skills:

1. Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and procedures.

2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

4. Proficient in HR systems and tools, such as ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
