Role Overview:
As an HR Generalist at Avinyaa EdTech, you will be responsible for driving recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with our business goals and organizational culture. You will handle full-cycle recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and contribute to HR operations and strategies to support the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical (software engineers, developers, etc.) and non-technical (marketing, sales, administration, etc.) roles.
• Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screening Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
• Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
• Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• HR Operations: Support HR policies, compensation planning, benefits administration, and compliance.
• Training Development: Identify training needs and assist in implementing programs to improve employee skills and performance.
• Reporting Documentation: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, employee data, and other HR-related documentation.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment (both technical and non-technical roles).
• Prior experience working in the IT sector, preferably within an EdTech company or a similar fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools for both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Knowledge of Surat’s job market and networking channels is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic environment.
