Role Overview:

As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily recruitment and HR operations. This includes assisting with job postings, resume screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and database management. You'll also help streamline recruitment workflows and support hiring managers with key administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Post job openings across internal and external platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.)
Screen resumes and conduct first-level candidate assessments
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates and feedback
Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and recruitment metrics
Collaborate with team members on various HR operational tasks
