HR executive ( cluster HR )

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit assigned branches/outlets regularly as per schedule
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction
• Maintain employee records and coordinate with the central HR team
• Ensure compliance with company policies at the branch level
• Address basic employee queries and assist with HR support

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations (preferably in a multi-location setup)
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid license
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of HR documentation and processes
• Willingness to travel across locations daily

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
