As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving our hiring process forward. Your primary responsibility will be to source and screen candidates for design, UI/UX, and business content roles.
Hiring Process
• You will be responsible for speaking with candidates, explaining the role clearly, and gauging their fit and interest.
• In coordination with each department, you will coordinate interviews and help close open roles quickly.
The ideal candidate should have a degree or specialization in HR and 1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment or admin support. You should also be comfortable with communication (verbal and written), as well as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
• Hire Right: Source and screen candidates for design, UI/UX, and business content roles.
• Run HR Operations: Handle onboarding, documentation, and orientation; track leaves, manage attendance, and support employee engagement.
• Manage Admin Tasks: Keep the office running smoothly – from supplies to space to staff.
