Hiring Specialist (Talent Acquisition, Recruiter)
~Job Summary~
We are looking for a Hiring Specialist to find out the best candidates for various positions for our portfolio’s (start-ups) as a business support scheme.
Hiring Specialist responsibilities are deeply understanding the hiring demands/needs of start-ups through communicating with them, developing own sourcing plan, collecting and shortlisting qualified CV/Resume by open source or your own networks.
In parallel develop potential customers and provide hiring services to make revenue apart from portfolio support.
Existing Portfolio Industry :
HR,HR tech, Ed tech, Market research, Healthcare etc,
~Job Responsibilities~
Supporting Start-up Hiring
・Understanding clients (portfolios and start-ups) business, demands and needs.
・Planning the sourcing plan in order to needs.
・Sourcing, attracting and reaching out to potential candidates from the talent pool via open source (Job board, SNS) or your own networks.
・Screening of CV/Resume.
・Sending shortlisted candidates to clients.
・Developing original/unique ways of sourcing or talent pool.
・Developing potential customers to make revenue.
~Skills and Experience Requirement~
・Proven experience as a Talent acquisition, Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role.
・Hands-on experience with the job board, hiring platform.
・Familiarity with social media (like a LinkedIn, Facebook), resume databases and professional network communities.
・Knowledge of sourcing techniques (included using ATS)
・Strong interpersonal skills and passions
・Good written and verbal communications skills
・Having own Laptop or PC.
・Experience working for start-ups, IT service companies or similar businesses.
・Experience working as a HR or Recruiter
・Master’s degree
