For our Company in Mumbai, we are looking for a Systems, Processes MIS Analyst.

This role is responsible for ensuring the correct and effective use of corporate systems such as CargoWise1 and Power BI across the business. The analyst will support top management by preparing accurate and timely reports to enable informed decision-making. Additionally, the role will act as a key liaison between the head office and our Indian branches, ensuring consistent alignment of processes and systems throughout the organization.

What will be the Key Responsibilities:
• Support effective use of CargoWise1 and Power BI in line with global standards;
• Monitor CRM data quality (customer profiles, contacts, opportunities, activities);
• Support top management by creating reports through data extraction and dashboard publication (pipeline, customer activity, KPIs);
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across local systems;
• Communicate system/process updates and escalate local needs as required;
• Review workflows and documentation to ensure compliance with local and corporate requirements;
• Maintain ISO documentation and records in line with QMS standards.

What we are looking for:
• An enthusiastic and motivated individual with a strong interest in the logistics industry and a desire to grow within the field;
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, IT or related fields;
• Good command of the English Language;
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment;
• Strong attention to detail.
