When you join MercyCare, you join something bigger. A community of staff that make a difference at the heart of the community. As a leading Western Australian not-for-profit provider of aged care, family, community, early learning and disability services we support people throughout life’s journey. We invest in our people by building rewarding careers, offering training and development opportunities and a values-driven culture where our people can belong and thrive.

About the role

This position offers you the chance to make impactful changes and build a culture of excellence and dedication within our organisation. This is a Permanent Part time position of 45.6 hours per fortnight.

As the Business Manager, you will inspire, coach, and mentor your team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the Service Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager to develop workforce plans, manage staff contracts, and ensure compliance with care minute obligations. Your role will involve implementing successful recruitment and retention strategies to meet workforce needs, along with overseeing budgets, planning, rostering, and reporting to maintain operational excellence.

With strong business skills (budgets, planning, rostering, and reports), you’ll love getting to know your team and drawing out their best qualities.

About you
