• Induction and Orientation: Conduct induction and orientation programs for senior international hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Payroll and Compliance: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely disbursements and compliance with statutory requirements across multiple countries.
HR Operations and Analytics: Implement and manage HR processes such as performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and rewards and recognition for international teams. Provide HR analytics and MIS reports for international HR interventions.
