Key Responsibilities
• Generate leads through outbound calls to marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and walk-ins.
• Follow up on student and parent inquiries regarding digital marketing courses.
• Explain course details, career benefits, and placement support offered by the institute.
• Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, or center visits for potential students.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in a CRM system.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for leads, follow-ups, and enrollments.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign feedback and performance analysis.
